rev:text	I haven't been to a place in Phoenix that was on DDD that completely blew my mind, and this place surely didn't wow me at all. So my brother and I were in the area and wanted some good dinner. We never been to this place, but heard about it in the past on DDD. So we wanted to give this place a try and came in on a Thursday night. I have seen some reviews in the past about the bad customer service and on this night it was no different. It was pretty busy and I noticed they only had two waitress, a bus boy and hostess that tried to accommodate the entire place. They were hustling and tried their best, but clearly they were overwhelmed. I didn't know if someone call in or what, but two waitresses covering inside and outside seemed to be a pretty tough task. The food, cause that's what it's all about right? Nothing really blew me away, honestly I have been to many places just as good, Sala Thai, Reign of Thai, and Thai Basil. We ordered the Papaya salad, Pad Sie-ew, and full rack of Thaiger ribs. The Papaya salad was small, but it was fresh and flavorful. The Pad Sie-ew was ok, tasted like a Chinese style chow fun with vegetables. The ribs I really wasn't a fan of. They were braised and were completely falling off the bone. I'm not a huge fan of that. I think ribs should have a little bit and should hold up when you're eating it. I took a bite of the rib and all the meat fell off. Maybe cause I like ribs smoked, I just wasn't a fan. Overall this place was just average. Nothing special. I know they were probably a little understaffed, but we never got our water or drinks refilled. No one ever came by to check on us and we considered getting dessert, but it wasn't offered. The food would have to been great for me to come back again. Not a fan, probably will stick to the joints up north then venture down here again. Maybe it was a off night, but a disappointing experience.
