I do not expect Excellence but I did expect service.
I came in to exchange a fitbit charge. I walked around (2 laps) before someone asked to help me. (there were quite a few who looked at me and dodged behind a wall) So I finally found someone who was not busy looking busy. She told me where to look, ok so off I go to look. What if I have questions?
Oh I know I have to go look for someone else! Brilliant make your customers find what they want then find a service members who can look online to verify what you have already found.
This is the worst Best buy I have ever been to. It was easy parking and easy check out but the reason is, it sucks. You check out quickly because nobody shops here.
I have rarely had worse service then here. I talked to many people to find the product I was looking for, I had to make 2 or 3 laps to find a person, and she said "oh I can help you with a quick question" Nope I need more, Walked 2 more laps witnesses a girl and guy goofing playin.
I finally went into the costumer service line so I could get a answer. I will drive to the other one and stand in line and park farther away so I can get good service. They seriously need some retraining at this location.
