| - So I just moved here from MD. Let me tell you, what a chore! I have tried a few different places and even left a bad review on a place that was just awful! I suffer from eczema, so I have to get pedicures to keep my feet tidy. My luck in finding a good nail place seemed pretty bleak, until this afternoon. I am so glad that I decide to give Yelp another try, because I found Samy & Co. I am over the moon!! I brought my mother, daughter and son. We all got pedicures. First of all, this place is super nice and the customer service is amazing!! We were seated immediately and brought bottled water and sodas. Don, did my toes. The thing about eczema is that it is very uncomfortable and very sensitive, not to mention the embarrassment for having such feet and hands. I am always having to ask people to be careful, because it hurts did they are too rough. I am also pregnant, which sometimes adds to the discomfort. I did not have to tell Don anything, he was great! Not once did he cut me or hurt my feet. He was so good and made me feel so comfortable that I even started to doze off. They were all so friendly. We were having conversations with all of them and we all felt right at home. My mother had Dee and daughter had Michelle; they loved them! They also did a great and extremely DETAILED job; not one toe looks out of place. I feel bad since I did not ask the name for the lady who did my son's toes; she was great! My son is autistic and very fidgety. At times he would make noises, but she was so patient with him and I am grateful for that. I have to recommend this place to everyone!! If you want great customer service, great atmosphere and lots of relaxation, this is the place. My feet feel so soft and my nails look amazing. The thing about eczema is that your feet or hands look cracked and red all the time. I am on my way to have date night with my hubby and feel amazing about wearing sandals. He was so surprised to feel how soft my feet feel (they are never soft). Even in my to go place in Maryland they could not make my feet feel this great!! Thank you so much Don!! I will be calling for another appointment.
UPDATE: Still a solid 5! This place is the place to go. I have been coming here for a few months now and I have never been disappointed. Don, Dee and Sami are our to go people, but I am sure their whole staff is great! I recommend this place 120%. The ambiance is relaxing and everyone is very professional.
