  • ZERO STARS if i could! Durring the summer the pools are constantly locked. No reason. Most hot tub timers are on poles that are rotted and laying on the ground. Dogs shit everywhere. No one picks up after there own pets. The walls are paper thin. I can hear neighbor snoring in our bathroom. Maintenance.... what maintenance? the guys who ride around of golf carts changing out broke dishwasher for junk refurburshined ones. when i moved in the vinyl floor was missing 2 chunks of it they came in on there own while i was at work and put 2 pieces back in the cut out spots. today they are under the tv cuz they didnt even put adhesive on the spots so theres that. my drain in my bathroom was clogged i wrote it up upon moving in never fixed i ended up pulling apart the llumbing and removed a huge hairball now the drain works fine. mold yes im seeing mold above my shower head and dont splish splash in the shower. i think the upstairs has a leak. my kitchen and dining room was flooded one morning. water came in from my sink flowed out onto counters then onto the floor. they said my dishwasher was plugged. i dont use the dishwasher. i was my dishes by hand. the air intake was disgusting. it had mold and a ton of hair in the chamber area. i cleaned it out myself as well.... there was all sorts of sheetrock in there rotting from probaly when this plave was built. the cabinets are garbage nearly falling off the wall. in short im tired or saying how terrible this TURD is and will be in the foreseeable future. so i have read some of these other reviews and all the negative ones are true to the point. ps the parking is a joke. one more item. the electricity is great. well because you pay for it. so you can count on that being a positive. i hope this helps someone chose the best choice for them cuz if i had read reviews before singing a lease i would of never signed.
