  • This place was awful!! Worst Urgent Care we have ever been to!!! We went in last Friday night for my 6yr old who had an ankle injury from the school playground. From the time we walked in there the staff had terrible attitudes. The Nurse with blonde dreads repeatedly complained in front of patients about her not getting out of there by closing. The doctor began telling her an hour before closing to start sending everyone to the ER's. My son was afraid the x-rays would hurt him and was scared. The Nurse did nothing to help accomodate him and showed absolutely no compassion. She repeatedly walked out of the room in less than a 5min period complaining to the doctor unprofessionally about not only my son but her many grievances. They did nothing to help my son feel more comfortable with what needed to happen. She kicked him out of the x-ray room and to the doctor who escorts us out. The doctor attempts to make my injured ankle son walk out of the urgent care because they refused to do anything to get the x-rays taken care of as he was leaning on the wall and crying that he couldn't walk and how much pain he was in. They showed absolutely no compassion. They were rude, unprofessional, and I'm completely disgusted by the treatment we received!! The doctor did finally offer to wheel him out but by that point I was so upset by their poor treatment that I was in tears and feeling humiliated in front of a waiting room full of people. Nothing worse than seeing your son hurt and in pain just to have medical "professionals" treat him the way they did. My son also has a mild form of Autism, which the staff were aware of, and they are not ADA compliant. My son was left to have to wait till the following morning to see a doctor at Southern Hills ER where our experience was totally different. My son was able to get x-ray'ed, received great care, and now at home bandaged up, crutches, and feeling so much better. We will NEVER EVER go there ever again!!! After talking with others, this seems to be common with this location.
