  • Even the website offers the option to text in a take out order, DON'T DO IT. I did that today, and when I went in to pick up my food, I was told that they didn't "hear" the text coming in. Like any restaurant, ambient noise is likely to cover many sounds, including text message notifications. This means that the restaurant doesn't actually check the messages, and of course, if they can't hear the notification, your order won't get made. Why offer any conveniences when it winds up wasting everyone's time? I'm sure the food is fine - I wouldn't know. They didn't make my order.
