  • Update August 21st 2016 WARNING! Do not drop off your packages here! I was returning a vitamix blender back to the manufacturer and I received a drop off receipt stating that my package was 19lbs. When the package was delivered back to the manufacturer it was delivered at only 2.8lbs because someone had stolen the contents of my package! What kind of business is this? I should of seen the red flag the moment the UPS guy kept asking me what was in the package over and over and mentioning how heavy it was. Very sketch location and I'm filling a claim with the manufacturing company and UPS. This is absolutely ridiculous and not ethical. Someone will get fired. Since when does this UPS location close before 3pm on Saturdays? On the UPS website it is stated that it should close at 3:00pm on Saturdays. I arrived at this location today to pickup my packages at 2:30 pm and it was closed. Corporate is going to receive a call about this one.
