Decided to try this new Kneaders out since it is fairly close. It's brand new, so it was clean. Line took quite a while from the door to ordering. Staff seemed unorganized and tables are not cleaned between customers. At our table we had two French dips and one panini sandwich. They all tasted good, but the filling was pretty skimpy. The French dips had a small amount of tasty, but dry roast beef. Since I'm able to get a really good sandwich in the same parking lot at Firehouse subs, I probably wouldn't get a sandwich there again. Also ordered a loaf of sliced rye bread which took a long time to appear. I don't think they were waiting for it to bake and I can't imagine why it would take that long to slice. On the whole, it was just OK.
