  • There is a reason I don't go to Sharp Edge. Every time I get terrible service. This time I'm finally writing about it. I had dinner down the street and left specifically to get waffles and a beer at Sharp Edge. Empty Sunday evening. 7 people at the bar, a manager and bartender behind the bar. 10 minutes pass and neither acknowledges us in any way. The bartender walks by a couple of times. The manager (I assume manager) comes out from behind the bar and stands next to me watching the football game. Meanwhile, the bartender is counting her tips. We just wanted a beer. This happens every single time I sit at the bar there. I live downtown and I am always looking for places to go. Service like this is why I always direct people elsewhere. I walk a few more steps to visit the neighboring establishments instead. Please find attentive bartenders (or other staff who will notice customers and prompt he bartender).
