I have trained with several personal trainers in the past, and have done almost all classes offered by the gyms where I was a member at one point or another. Everything from yoga and pilates, to body-pump and spinning, including a full year of boot camp classes 5 times a week.
While I made some progress in my workout journey, I have never seen the results I got when training with Shawn over 3 months.
Shawn is very dedicated to make you reach your health and fitness goals and dreams. He has an impressive ability to be detailed oriented when it comes to proper form, while he is also very patient teaching you how to properly perform each exercise.
It took me a long time to learn proper form, however Shawn never gave up on me. He would show me how to perform the exercises over and over again.
In addition Shawn put me on a diet that requires me to eat a lot of food. I was afraid to gain weight, but to my surprise and delight I lost body fat and gained lean mass. I am very happy and encouraged with my results. For the first time in years I was able to wear a bikini with confidence and pride. I highly recommend Shawn to anyone looking for an amazing personal trainer.
