rev:text	never never ever ever again will rent from this janky ass place. i've been renting a car from them since 12/15/17 and today i get pulled over to find out they have reported this rental stolen. i just spoke with someone 4 days go to let them know i needed to know my balance so i can pay them. prior to this i could never get a soul on the phone.i call 10 times back to back and then all day for 6 going on 7 weeks now. all the csrs are unprofessional and dont no shit cant tell you rates and this shit is a fraud. i cant believe payless rental is allowed to operate and treat there customers with no value....smfh this is just all wrong.
