  • I started to go to this Civello location because it was a bit more convenient for me and a little less expensive than where I usually went for hair and waxing and I have sadly found that this place is really hit or miss, with more misses than hits. I've had a fringe trim that I needed to straighten when I got home (and the trim wasn't even done as I had asked), and I have had a very unprofessional wax - both the waxing and the experience were not good. I've emailed this location about how unhappy I was with their service and received no reply. Civello is far too expensive for an establishment that charges their rates and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. The Google reviews echo my sentiment as well.
