  • Horrible customer service, their system went down while I was completing my transaction and nobody knew how to handle the situation including the manager who did not even apologize for the bad experience, I was waiting for an estimated time for the system to come back up and nobody informed me i was standing around like an idiot for a while until i lost my patience and told them i did not want to anything, cashier gave me attitude and said the card was swiped and i would be charged! (and yes it was on my statement) As i left the manager approached me with a horrible facial expression and yield in MY FACE "Well at least you didn't wait 2 hours and gave me a dirty bitch look..." wtf Cardenas should hire people who know how to provide good customer service not ignorant people. Indeed great place to buy your groceries if your looking for fresh produce, but man their employees are fucking rude makes me think twice if i want to go there again
