  • I am late on my writing this review, but I did not want to go into the new year without writing it. My husband and I flew into Vegas for the Dwight Yoakum show ,at The Chelsea. Upon arrival, we went to the invite guest line and after a very short wait we met Marcy. Marcy was fabulous!! She was professional, personable and was able to give some recommendations for our dining that evening- BLUE RIBBON- yum.. .( I regret not tipping her after receiving our room keys. I hope we meet again Marcy.) Our Room, we stayed in a Terrance suite, with views of the fountain.. Just to sit outside in fresh air and enjoy the view was a delight. The evening views were super! So many dinning options, On this 36 hour visit we dined at 3 different restaurants- for a small bite lunch, - China Poblano, a simple chicken taco for me, Tuna ceviche for him ,with table side fresh guacamole & chips .. delicious. (Bloody Mary , not so good. but I have had their margaritas- good) Dinner - Blue Ribbon- Famous for their fried chicken dinner, I tasted why, very large portion, as well as very flavorful. Morning breakfast at -The Henry- again wonderful staff , and food was fabulous. I had visited the Cosmo - August 2017 ... I was a bit underwhelmed.. but this visit redeemed The Cosmopolitan for us. Looking forward to our return trip.
