  • If I could give them zero stars I would. I booked a last minute ticket direct from Vegas to Minneapolis to see my dying father. I've heard horror stories about Spirit but I took my chances because given the situation it was the only flight I could find. The day of the flight I started getting updates that my 5:30 flight was delayed until 7:30. I got to the airport & then they said it was delayed until 8:07. At 8:00 they made an announcement that the flight was cancelled. No explanation. Now I'm scrambling in tears trying to get to Minneapolis to see my dad who has stage 4 colon cancer. FU Spirit airlines. Never again.
