Great choices, and many options that other bubble tea establishments don't have. In terms of setting themselves apart, they have it in the bag. When it comes to staff training, not so much. Two younger guys were running this operation and from the start was a bit off in their service. I ordered a mango matcha latte. I watched my drink get made and once it was done, it was set ready to be sealed. Instead, the two guys started having a short conversation and the cashier went on to prep couple other drinks. I was in borderline awe and after 30 seconds, I called one of the guys and mumbled something while pointed at my drink. Got my drink, it tasted great but it didn't take alway that sour taste of poor and negligent service. I honestly don't expect much, but come on dude give me my drink!
