This is a special occasion place that is basically it's own form of a modern buffet crossover.
You must go hungry. I'll say the real reason is the cost. Wow, I never expected dinner for two to be $115 before tip. The dinner is $42 pp before beverages. Come with an appetite.
The food was decent but for the cost I left a bit jaded. The lobster bisque was basically broth... Good tasting broth (either someone else looted all the lobster bits or there weren't any to begin with). Selections at the "salad bar" we're fair but geared for those of you who love veggies.
I liked (not loved) the meat selection. They bring all sorts of cuts around. The choices were ok. Nothing crazy different or mind blowing. Some was somewhat too raw and chewy. Others were more medium well.
Service was decent. Again with the buffet-ish style our waiter only had to run drink orders (but with how many tables she had I had an empty glass a few times).
