  • I wasn't impressed with the Roaring Fork's menu. They don't have a vegetarian entree option. I ended up getting a side of Mexican Street Corn (which was really well seasoned and cooked), a side of Spinach and Onion, and Mashed Potatoes. Dinner of champions! Everything tasted great, but I found it annoying that there wasn't ONE entree option. They also give you a great bread basket with out of this world corn muffins. I gave a star just for them. The decor of the restaurant is really nice and they have a nice patio that is heated/cooled.
