I always wonder what information one is looking for when reading a review on an airport...
It's not like you would say, "Hey, this Toronto airport has bad reviews, so I'll go to the other Toronto airport." No, you'll go where the best flight prices say you're going to land in Toronto, and that will probably be Toronto Pearson Intl Airport.
That said, the airport wasn't too busy, and processed us pretty fast. The only knocks I had were...
1. The WiFi signal was weak throughout many parts of the terminal
2. There seemed to be more lines I stood in than I was accustomed too. Even a line AFTER the baggage claim, which I thought was a bit odd (Maybe it's just been a while since I traveled).
But, I do think each person I talked to that worked there was really friendly. So I bumped the rating up to a 4 star.
Beyond that, pretty much like any other airport. No real complaints.
