| - This Walmart was one of the worst I've visited in the last couple months. The worst part is, that it's the closest one to my house, but due to the lack of service and horrible attitude of the workers, I will never go back again. For a super center that's open 24/7, to start closing down aisles at 10PM saying we couldn't go past them to go get items we needed, electronics, etc. was utterly absurd. There was no ac! In such a big place it felt horrendous, especially in this Vegas heat. Aside from all that, there were about 40 customers w packed shopping carts, and only TWO clerks. As the manager is walking by, a lady in line next to me says to her, "you guys need more help on the checkout lines," she responds to her, "we don't have any help," the old lady continues, "not even you?" And all she did was walk away, no response, no anything. Finally! I reach the front of the line, 15 mins later, w only 5 items in my hand...as I'm leaving I see 2 more clerks get assigned a drawer. If you see you're busy, and only have two clerks, don't wait for a customer to acknowledge you. Delete the wonder and be attentive and put more people on to help w the line. I saw more workers standing around than I did workers actually WORKING. I'm very disappointed by the lack of customer service and poor attitudes. Walmart is a worldwide chain and very popular and always busy. If you're always busy, and know you will be, then get more workers.
