  • My trip there today was very disappointing. I have used Discount exclusively for over 40 years and that may have ended here. First, I researched online to see if Discount offered Nitrogen, which it stated on line that they did, so I scheduled an online appointment for a tire that has had a slow leak over the last couple of months, for noon. I arrived at noon to stand in line for 15 minutes and then spoke with a tech who stated that they do not have 100% nitrogen but about 98%....I thought that would be fine. I watched as everyone who checked in before me was serviced, although they were not on the appointment board, pulling my car in at 12:50 pm. I don't think the online appointment helps at all. Once they completed the service, in which they stated there was nothing wrong with the tire.....2 months of slow leaks? really? it had been over an hour and when I asked to confirm that they had filled the tire with Nitrogen, the service tech stated we do not offer nitrogen and we do not think it is worth it. Sadly, I know differently from personal testing of tire wear and gas mileage while running a fleet of cars. Now I have to schedule another appointment, likely where I will always go from here on out, to have the tire removed and then filled with nitrogen. Bless them...they didn't charge me anything.
