  • Terrible Terrible customer service all around. Purchased a mattress from them a few years back. The mattress ended up sagging once it was moved were told it had a lifetime warranty so they sent a rep out to take pictures and do his thing. We received a call from customer service stating we had a store credit not an exchange which we didn't want seeing how they no longer sold that mattress which was an Ashley brand. So we were then told since we no longer had the mattress, which know one ever said to keep! that we were basically screwed out of a store credit! So we were left with no store credit no compensation nothing! This is total BS ! Was never crazy about their furniture anyway so we will never step foot in again, think twice there are so many other places to go now a days. Great job Ashley!
