  • Should have known after the first botched cut not to go back. They tried to repair the first screwed up haircut and it was tolerable. I let it grow out some and went back. I thought by getting a more experienced stylist that things would go better. I described what I wanted done and she did the opposite! Scalped me and left one side longer than the other. It looks like I have devil horns on the top front! I literally cried when I got home. I am sick to my stomach by what has been done to me. I finally got enough hair to grow back after the first messed up haircut. This idiot hacked it off again. I look like a GD man! I called and tried to get a hold of the manager. They said she went home at 6. No one was in charge! Who leaves a shop without management? And if they say they will fix it? They would not want to put me anywhere near that crap stylist. EVER! And there is no hair left to fix anyways. I can't tell you how upset and sad I am. I can't even look in the mirror without crying! I will NEVER go back there again! Crap experience. CRAP! Bunch of idiots.
