  • I'll never set foot in sales dept because the service dept is totally inept. Last time there I had a service writer actually tell me Ford doesn't keep records by VIN no. The previous time in I discussed transmission problems with the writer and he told me my problems were too obscure for a dealer to take the time to solve, but he could recommend a good independent transmission specialist in CA. WOW!
