  • Don't know where the owner is or if he is even aware of the type of activity that goes on at his company, but he really needs to have a word with his manager Marshall. My A/C unit was installed less than a year and a half ago, and has gone out on me twice, on June 16 2013, noticed that my unit was running, but no cool air inside my home. A service tech. did come to home, and replace what he referred to as an "End Cap". However as he indicated to me he did not have the correct one in his vehicle, but would replace it with something similar. I asked if that would work, but he said that since he is very new and not quite sure he would ask Marshall. Marshall told him to go ahead and install it. I was charged for the Part, and not for the service call, which was much appreciated. On July 3rd, late evening, the unit was down again, the service tech I called told me he could be there first thing In the morning which he was. He explained to me that the problem one again was the "End Cap". He was on the phone once again with Marshall. Marshall had instructed him again to replace the "End Cap". , only this time with an even bigger model. When the Tech replaced it, I was handed a bill for $92.00 for the Service Charge??? Why did I have to pay a second time if it wasn't fixed properly the first time. I asked the service tech if I could speak to the Owner of the business because I was less than pleased by the "Double Dipping. Instead of the owner, he put me on the Phone with Marshall. Before I could even get a word out to him about my dissatisfaction, He opened with "Look A**hole, just pay the Fu*king guy or I'll have him go back up on the roof and remove the part and you can see how hot your house is going to get today when it's 115 degrees out. What kind of Customer Service is this. I am not the only person in this town home complex that has had this kind of service from Marshall. A woman in the front of the complex stated that he was very rude to her as well. I would like to have the owner respond to this, and see what kind of satisfaction he can provide. The Technical was very nice, but very new. He is not yet even Certified, and is working toward that. I commend him for that, But please don't let Marshall give him his customer training ! I will remove this negative review if I hear from the Owner of the company.
