  • Please do not move in to this complex! I have lived here for one year and it has been miserable. Here is the short list of cons to consider: 1. Horrible rat problem, bug problem on first level. 2. Shaking loud pipes in bathroom wall. 3. Awful smell in hallways because of trash shoots. 4. Rude, incompetent office staff that has an excuse for everything. 5. Hot water pipe breaks at least 6 times over the winter. 6. You're lucky to get hot water after 10min of running water in cold weather. 7. Parking is awful. Expect scratches, dings, and dents. 8. Outrageous moving out charges for normal wear and tear. 9. If your on the first floor don't expect to sleep in past 7:30am. They drag large dumpsters past the south side of the complex every morning. 10. No control over temperature. They claim you do, but its a lie. 11. Hot tub half broken the entirety of my lease. 12. Expect your neighbors to hear everything you do while they are in the hallway. 13. Fire alarms go off randomly. Granted only 4 times this year but still awful. Pros: 1. Great neighborhood. 2. Dorm like atmosphere. If you like that kind living.
