I can't, for the life of me see how this buffet is ranked in the Top 10 because outside of the decor, nothing was memorable. To start with, the Brunch on Saturday didn't even have a salad bar. What buffet in the U.S. doesn't have an option where you can make your own salad?
The sushi selection was weak. They basically had 5 forgettable rolls. I tried the shrimp which was, well shrimp so they got that right. My favorite things were probably the lobster quiche, the prosciutto and cheeses, and I thought their chicken was quite tender. Outside of that, nothing stood out and it was also rather small for a buffet. It just felt confined and I was really surprised.
It also had few healthy dining options during the Saturday Brunch. If you are looking to get your "grease" on then this buffet had plenty of options. If you were looking to try and stay in the healthy zone, look elsewhere. There are plenty of better options in Las Vegas.
