  • Having never tried real poutine from QC, I can't call myself a expert. However, I will say that Smoke's is only ok. The fries are decent and the topings can be interesting but in my opinion, the gravy is too runny. I don't know about others, but I like my gravy to have some heft. At Smoke's, I feel as if I'm just having fries with soup.
