  • Great food but questionable service. The new location is über small! I don't like seeing their office door open and seeing staff's friends hanging out and even off the clock staff hanging out. The kitchen is super small. I even saw a bunch of ribs just sitting on the counter, not even under a heat lamp. I had a coupon and two staff couldn't even figure out how to use it correctly! It's not that hard! The only thing they have going for them is the delicious food but that's it.
