rev:text	I called around for prices and Camelback was slightly higher than other 4+star rated moving companies. I went ahead and chose them because of their BBB rating and because of received by other Yelpers I know personally and trust their opinions. I don't have anything terribly negative to say, nor do I have anything glowing to offer. I don't have a lot of things, so I consider my move easy for 3 guys. 3 years ago I paid a different company almost $200 or so less to move the exact same stuff to almost a similar house in a similar distance. So that had me miffed. In almost an hr less time. I discovered this in my packing when I found the receipt of my move 3 yrs ago. I think they could improve how things are done...#1 During packing, I saw guys leave the house empty-handed to walk to the truck. Needs no explanation. #2. Too many phone calls. Again, a no brainer. #3 more ties in the truck I guess. I walked outside to understand why one guy had not come back in after a long time... he was standing holding a box spring, waiting on the other two to pack and bring a mattress. To me, a colossal waste of time. I got aggravated and decided then they each wouldn't get the $20 per person tip I normally give movers. He could have tied the box spring and walked back for more stuff in the time it took them to bring the mattress. Or just lean the box spring on the side until the mattress was ready. #4 I feel for people who smoke, I do. But I detest smoking , smoke breaks and everything involving smoking when servicing people in their homes. Grant it, they documented their 20 min break, but who wants to smell smoke at home? Not me. Fortunately, the men were pleasant. They came on time. All of my things arrived safe and sound. Other than the smell of smoke and phone calls, they were professional. I am not sure I'd use them again after comparing this move to the previous movers. Return Factor: 10%
