Very unprofessional company. They never called to make an appointment but the technician just showed up and acted like we're liars when we said we never received a call. The technician said "I called you 20 minutes ago so you want to see the call log" with the most sarcastic and rude attitude ever. Oh and also, he rings the door bell, then starts banging on the door not thirty seconds later. Can you wait for me to go downstairs?! Then the technician proceeds to demand that we pay for the service BEFORE he starts working. Are you kidding??? You're not getting paid anything till you fix the AC. Rude company, rude customer service, rude technicians. If First American is your joke of a home warranty company, argue with them to get you a different AC company.
