rev:text	I opted with these guys because they were $100 cheaper a week than the usual suspects like Budget, Enterprise, etc. After my week with their car, I understood why... but I'd of still given them a 3/5 for at least being cheaper. However, they dropped to a 1/5 because of their complete lack of customer service. SUMMING UP THE CAR RENTAL: - the car was dirty on the inside (mind you, I did show up late, and so they gave me a "car that had just come back", so I guess beggers can't be choosers) - this company DOES NOT have it's own insurance (like the big guys)... so if you are like me and use your credit card to cover your insurance (instead of buying the third party stuff), you will STILL have to pay $5 a day (the company does not warn you about this when you book!) - my car's A/C worked for a day. It then happily provided me with something a tad warmer than the outdoors for the rest of the week. Wouldn't of been that big of deal... except that it was 30C+ that week. SUMMING UP THE COSTUMER SERVICE: - When I returned the car, I mentioned the A/C issue. The gentleman who took the car back hardly looked up at me. - So I asked to speak to someone else. No one was available, so I left my card and asked to be called back. - No one called me. - I called and left a message. No one called me back. - I responded to the company's "Tell us about your experience" email... No one responded. OVERALL: The time I wasted having to go to an off-site location, coupled with the lack of A/C in my car, and the absolute lack of customer service... not worth the $100 (minus $5/day)
