The Metroparks get an A+ for picking out and designing this location. They food is pretty good, if they aren't all out of it. I've gone 3 different times and each time they are out of at least 3-4 entree items, which is almost 25% of their smaller menu. They really need to work on their inventory control. Additionally, the majority of their wait and bar servers act like they just started. They don't know what's on the menu or how to make their signature drinks. They really need to work on their training protocols.
