rev:text	I've been with farmers (this location) for 8 years or so now and I am always please! Excellent staff members and customer service! Briana is great!! When ever I call and need to add things to the policy or get things changed or get something faxed etc. She always gets things done for me right away and sends or fax it over to where it needs to go. She is so awesome and goes over and beyond! If she doesn't know or isn't sure, she will research and look into it and ALWAYS gets back to my almost right away!! If it wasn't for her, I don't think I would still be with Farmers. I have been thinking about changing insurance due to trying to find something that is a little more affordable but I just don't think I would get the same customer service like I do with Farmers. But its worth paying that extra for the kind of customer service I get from Briana. Thank you Briana for everything you do!! I absolutely appreciate you and making me feel comfortable and at ease!!
