  • Lived at this complex for 1 year exactly! First two months were pretty good.. By the 6th month o realized what a crap hole place this is! There is a walmart right next door that allows access through a gate back and forth! Problem is there is not scanner or lock on this gate! Peoples cars have broken into countless times! When someone robs the walmart or bank the people flee through the gate into the complex.. Then u have to deal with 5-6 cop cars and helicopters! Not safe!! Also office area! Ur the luckiest person if u could get them to repair there printers! Crap! Access through front gate! Whether you have a scanner or not to get it, there is no security stopping any random person from coming in and casing the place! They just sit and wait for a resident to open the gate and just roll on through! While I was living there my puppy chewed up two small holes in the cheapest carpet imaginable! They gave me a bill at the move out for 1,200 to replace the carpet in the whole two bedroom apt!!! So I asked can't you just replace the carpet in the master bedroom where the holes are! The manager says that are carpet is installed in one entire piece and they can't section it off!!! It is nearly impossible to have a giant piece of carpet and cut it perfectly for like four areas of the place!! The only thing that i seemed to like is the maintenance workers! Theyre super cool and also hate that place! This place will rape u of every dime u have!! Stay away from here!!
