  • I've had a family heirloom watch in non-working condition for several years now and decided to make a last ditch effort to get it fixed after a friend recommend Fast Fix. Sarkis, one of the watch masters on staff, truly is a master. I've been to several jewelers in several states in an attempt to get my Bulova Accutron in working order, and all said one of two things: that it was impossible to fix because Bulova stopped making the parts, or that I'd have to send it off to an Accutron specialist (who might also tell me a fix is impossible). Long story short, Sarkis took apart the watch (and sent me a picture of it with all its tiny innards!), replaced the parts he could, and rebuilt my beautiful timepiece. I could not be more pleased. The staff was friendly and helpful, and kept me updated on progress over the course of repairs. Not only were they true to their time estimate, but also price quoted, which was extremely reasonable. I will not look any further for a place to repair my watches or jewelry in the future.
