  • The Rampart Hotel and Casino owned by Marriott has got to be one of the worst hotels with the worst customer service employees cocktail waitresses operators my wife called practically in tears with how rude to cocktail waitress was to my wife she free ones that plays every Sunday lately it's been getting worse and worse and worse everyone that goes there has got to find another place to go management don't care they don't return calls I asked for food and beverage manager never has returned my call I asked to have him paged the operator says we don't have a paging system I asked her what do you do in case of an emergency she says I don't know I asked her do you use a tin can with a string and then she hangs up on me I guess throwing back so I can swim didn't make them happy they're rude they're obnoxious customer service is the worst find another place to go to stay away from Marriott
