  • Outstanding service!!!! Winning Business Culture!!!! I am a huge fan of Sunburst Shutters having done business with them for our two homes here in the Valley and also in a vacation home in Park City, Utah. We are currently in a 20 year old home with a few wood louvers that are missing their staples. I called Sunburst to see if they would come out to repair them and I met Charissa. What a pleasant telephone encounter. She was personable, professional, and quite responsive. Charissa shared with me how easy it was to repair the shutters myself. She agreed she would mail me the needed staples and when asked the fee she indicated no charge! A few days later her package arrived, with the staples, and a detailed illustration of how to go about the repair work. Charissa is a great asset to a company within a winning business culture! Thanks again.
