  • This place is a mess. I was a little apprehensive about CVAM after reading the reviews. It was with good reason. I had to call three times before I received a call back to schedule an appointment. I received a pre-recorded message the day before my appointment with Dr. Skloven confirming the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment half an hour early as requested to complete paperwork, I was informed that they needed to reschedule. The admin told me that they had called my phone number to inform me but it was disconnected. When I indicated that I had received a confirmation and got my phone out to show her, she said, "Oh, they must have misdialed." When she said they needed to reschedule, I declined. I don't feel comfortable dealing with this level of disorganization and lack of professionalism.
