  • Purchased cooking and knife set in 2005. The scissors on the knife set broke. I called support, they found us by our names and sent us to a local rep to replace the broken item. The rep said she only works on commission and if I wanted to spend $300 on steak knives, she would replace the broken part. Hummmm. I called back into RP @ 800-279-3373 and Wow, they can't find my information. The $2,400 spent for a life time warranty is no longer valid. Quality - the products after 8 years are rusty, some are broken and the pans/pots are NOT easy to clean. If you use a spray on, cleaning is easier. If oil is use, they stick like no other and they must sit in hot soapy water for a long time to life the stuck on food. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY or PRODUCTS.....High price for low quality and terrible post-sales service.
