  • I usually have expectations that are too high, but I've been pleasantly surprised with the treatment I've received at Advanced Chiropractic & Holistic Wellness Center. You walk through a charming little courtyard to enter a clean and pleasant reception room. The staff all seem genuinely warm and friendly, and the entire facility is clean and well designed. Dr. Cohen practices Applied Kinesiology, as well as being a chiropractor. I am 62 years old and suffer from arthritis. My goal is just to stand a little straighter and walk a little further, without pain. Dr. Cohen's adjustments have brought about a marked improvement and I find I have far less arthritic pain since I've been seeing him. This is my first experience with Kinesiology. Dr. Cohen uses his expert interpretive skills to determine the function or dysfunction of various organs in the body through testing muscle weakness and strength. It is truly amazing to go through the experience of finding the same muscle in your arm or leg, respond strongly or weakly, depending on what other part of your body is touched. I cannot pretend to understand it, but I'd say it's as close as I've seen anyone come to tapping into the cosmic connection that we each have with the universe. It is truly a holistic approach and I'm very happy to have found this center in southeast Las Vegas.
