  • Is 0 stars an option? Worst customer service ever!! Waited 25 minutes before I finally walked out. All I needed was someone to cut the 2 ft piece of wood that I was buying, but the only gentleman I spoke to said, "they don't trust me to cut wood.". Will definitely stick with Lowe's.
