I had a bad experience at Sundrops months ago but in need of a manicure I decided to call today and try again. I called and the phone was promptly answered and I was asked to hold, no problem, but after holding for 8 and a half minutes the girl finally picked back up asking how she could help. I asked if she realized I'd been on hold for over 8 minutes and she said yes but I was ringing someone up and I can't do both at once. I asked if she had considered picking up the phone to let me know and she got an attitude and told me she couldn't. Ridiculous. I work in customer service and clearly this place doesn't care. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes and go to Teres where they have AMAZING customer service and do great nails.
