  • Very very unprofessional!!! Originally started with another management company, after living in the home for a little over a year triump became the management company. We have received pink notices on our door when rent was paid on time. They are now trying to hold is responsible for rent past the expiration date of our lease. Called in to discuss the matter and Kera says in a very unprofessional way"sorry to burst your bubble" whoa excuse me I thought I called place of business. Instead of continuing the conversation with an unprofessional like her I politely said ok and hung up. Very upset that this management company began managing the property we lived in because every month it felt like hell. I do not recommend anyone to use the services they provide for a tenant or owner needs. We've also had emergency maintenance issues that triumph was non responsive to and had to call the owner all they way in Texas. Bottom line Triumph is unprofessional and will do anything for an extra dollar, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
