rev:text	Very rude people in this store. I'm from out of town and came in to print an email off, one page. As the lady in the front walked away from me she told me it's going to be $2.00 plus whatever I print. I said wow that's expensive. She then went back to the back area and talked about my comments and they all giggled like little school girls. The lady at the computer in the back started shaking her head. I sent it to the store email and the guy said he couldn't find it. He took my phone and started to try and resend it. I told him I can do it and took my phone back. He wanted me to text it to the store email. I said that isn't possible. He said there was an issue with my phone and sorry but they couldn't print it for me. As I was looking over his shoulder I noticed the deleted items folder had unread messages. I asked him to click on it. He said nothing is in there, but I insisted he look. Sure enough it was. I believe that lady in the back deleted it out of spite. Then a gentleman came in wanting a 1 page scan of a document, they shouted $5.00. When the customer said that was way too much and walked out the lady in the back laughed and made grunting noises and face and shook her head out of disbelief. I have been to many UPS stores and this one has the most outrages customer service and prices for things that should only cost under $1. The last few items I have had printed off were 75 cents at other UPS Stores! But they wanted to charge me over $2! The fee ended up being $1.11. Will NEVER come back to this location due to the nasty attitude the employees had towards customers.
