Their customer service will LIE to you, all while this company bolsters a leader, Joe Shoen, who believes it's okay to DUMP 7 SICK DOGS ON A NON-PROFIT RESCUE. When it is was revealed why they were so keen to dump them, they refused to take responsibility. Is this the kind of company anyone can trust to have THEIR best interest in mind? NO, it is NOT! Anyone who can be so greedy, cruel and arrogant definitely does NOT deserve your business. Budget will gladly help you out and probably cheaper than U-Haul. To Joe and his soulless, heartless devil spawn wife: God sees ALL and forgets NOTHING. Disgusting sub-human maggots. Period!
