  • So, initial contact with Steve and then Grant was fine until it came time to meet and get an estimate at our house. We had a time set late afternoon and I know it was because I specifically asked what was the latest time available and was told 430pm. I had to miss 11/2 hours of work to be there, which I didn't mind because I heard great things about this company. 450pm rolls around no contact, I end up calling the company left a message, with a call back stating he had us down for 9am, which I know was wrong, and then insisted that he called my number at 830am but wasn't able to leave a message, my call record does not even show him trying to call today. So frustrating. We will be going with another builder!!
