  • I contacted Randy to get an estimate of a doggy door to be installed in the wall. It's helpful if you research the site for Purrfect Pet Doors so you can get an idea of what you want and also to make sure you've measured correctly. I had all my ducks in a row when I contacted Randy so the estimate was easy. He was very thorough at explaining the procedure, length of time it may take, and most importantly the cost (no hidden fees). Unless you make changes to what you've originally requested, the price quoted over the phone is the final number Eddie and Randy arrived as scheduled to install a doggy door in the wall. They were done in about 30-40 minutes and cleaned up everything! I couldn't tell they had even been there except for the beautifully installed wall doggy door. Eddie carefully explained the design and all of the perks of the doggy door (Hale is the brand) and gave tips on how to train the dog on using it. Spend the little bit of extra money and let Eddie install the best dog door! I will definitely use Purrfect Pet Doors in the future.
