  • One of the worst management companies I've had to deal with in Las Vegas! They are so unprofessional when dealing with them on any level. Their level of intelligence is beyond moronic. I've never worked with a company that tries to squeeze every penny out of the people who are doing business with them like this company has. On more then one occasion we were told our rent wasn't turned in on time. Good thing I saved the rent receipt! I personally took the rent to drop it off and made sure the lazy front desk lady signed off on it, which she gave me attitude about. Then we get a letter with a late fee on it! Any services and maintenance that has been needed has been horrible and done so cheaply it needs rear again! Do not rent or do business with these people. There are much better options around town!!
