  • Wasted my money!! I don't know why this happened but the car wash barely washed my car. I got the $12 package (Basic - but it wasn't the cheapest option) and when I looked at my car after, the right side of my windshield was dirty, the whole back of my car was dirty (I drive a hatchback) and the bottom of the doors on both sides were still dirty. It was barely cleaner than when I drove in. It was also covered it water drops and all streaked despite the fact that the package was supposed to include drying and a streak free solution. I couldn't even see out of my left side mirror it was so streaky and dirty. Problem is it is 100% self-serve so if you have a problem (like your car is still dirty) you can't go complain to anyone. It's really too bad, this is a great location and I wish I had gotten a better service.
